With over two decades of wide-ranging experience in business and program management, Alletha is a dynamic leader in workforce and economic development. She has also served in strategic planning, federal programs service delivery, program management and coordination, program budgeting, and professional development and training roles. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, and workforce and youth development, she is currently Workforce Development Manager for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Alletha has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a BSc in Dietetics and Institutional Administration from Texas Woman’s University, and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
