Terrance has extensive experience in internet sales and data management, commercial and personal banking, and real estate and construction lending for medium and large-scale enterprises. Throughout his career, he has consistently led, directed and coordinated extended teams, and worked to leverage and network with local communities and centers of influence. His current work at U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance centers a focus on affordable housing, economic development and job creation, particularly serving Black-led and BIPOC CDFIs.
Terrance earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman, and an Associates in Continuing Studies at Pacific Coast Banking School.
